    Have had pleasure of having many dealing with Vanguarde Estate Agents and they have been nothing but professional and willing to help. Couldn't recommend them enough

    I've been a tenant through Vanguarde estate agents and it was such a terrible experience.At the end of the lease, they grab money from you(in partnership with tradesman) in the name of cleaning, maintenance etc.Need to be extremely careful dealing with them. I recommend to take pictures, videos as proofs before you start a lease with VEA. They are always in support of the owners and don't really care for tenants.
